How would you describe your style? Usually it’s pretty lazy. But some days, especially when the sun is out, I feel happy and want to reflect it. I love bright colors and floral prints.

What was your process getting ready this morning? I actually woke up late, but I had my outfit already planned from last night because I couldn’t sleep, so I just threw it together. I love maxi dresses because I’m tall. Usually I don’t wear makeup or dress up, but it was sunny this morning and it’s fancy Friday. It’s a lifestyle.

Do you have any style inspirations? I just try to push it a little bit. I like to put things together that I wouldn’t normally–like plaids and florals. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t. It’s just whatever I’m feeling that day.

This yellow backpack stands out from the standard black North Face. Giselle got it from Polar.

Was there a point in your life when you remember your style changing? This year I got more comfortable in myself and stopped caring what I wore. I started wearing what I felt like, not what I thought others wanted me to wear. Just by being on my own and being away from home, I’m figuring out what I like and who I am.

If you were drawn as a cartoon character, what would be your one outfit? Honestly I’d probably be drawn in black and white, as boring as that sounds. Just keeping things pretty classic. Something that can be worn everyday, and that people wouldn’t realize for about a week.
