Midterms are quickly approaching at the University of Oregon, and some ducks still have time to dress up. International Studies and Journalism student, Hannah, gave me a few minutes of her time despite her busy schedule. Hannah is involved in all types of exciting projects outside of her double-major. Those include writing for Ethos, being a fashion editor for The Pulp Zine, and contributing to Bitch Media (a pop culture feminist publication). On top of that, Hannah previously worked for Buffalo Exchange, which happens to be where she bought almost all of the pieces of her outfit. Hannah has a lot going on, and it looks good on her.
Hannah’s cardigan is Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony which we know she got for a steal. She paired it with a super hip vintage bowling top. This unexpected pairing along with her contagious laugh make Hannah stand out.
She finished off her outfit with some cool shoes that resemble a wearable strappy version of Creepers which have been an on-again-off-again trend since World War II.
I’m sure Hannah’s schedule is filling up as midterms approach. Dressed Up Ducks reminds you to take some time out for yourself in the next week. That could be dressing up or grabbing coffee with a friend. Good luck with midterms, everyone!
